I made this a long time ago for a pixelation challenge. I just realized I never uploaded it, but it was one of my favorite peices of pixel art back in the day, so I should probably upload it. And I am, ha-ha.
Im uploading a .jpg version for the thumbnail, but if you full-view or download or whatever they have it set to these days, it should bring up the .gif, if things go as planned.

(The sparkles are in that weird shape because the challenge was to fill up about 5 hexagonal tiles arranged in any shape you saw fit. I just felt like leaving all that empty space was a horrid thing to do.)

Brilliant! You did a wanderful job in capturing skin tone with pixels. That is very difficult at times ! Also, the way you placed the colors effectively gives the figure a certain depth that most sprite work truly lacks. As for the figure, flawwless. She is so pretty, and you can nearly see how she would look had she been drawn regularly. The thing that i find most impressive about it is the fact that you gave her fingers. Many pixel pushers live under the guise that it is impossible or stupid for a sprite to have fingers, but I disagree, and this small yet marvelous piece is proof of that ! Excellent! ( sorry i tend to prattle on when I see good art, i promise to make my comments shorter in the future ).Heh...

I agree with everything that dude said, the hands are mad skills! And the wings have such a cool shape and pattern, they seem to be mirrored by the hair in a way, a very good effect~ :clap:
