That's damned cool. Can I ask why you chose an eye? The original icon for the gallery is an eye too, and I really don't see the connection (if other people do then it's fine though).

I used to use an eye for everything, so it just seemed natural to me. One could argue that eyes are the windows to the soul (or something equally cliche) and what better way to express the individual? I think I just didnt want to have them all look similar.
