Yep, another Cilessian. Though, I cant say Im tired of seeing them. The race is just so much fun. Well, here is my contribution, Honey Almond, aka Ahodial Hedeki. She's quite the mischeevious type, likes to cause trouble for others for the heck of it. Her little pranks often lead her into fights, especially with her quick temper. This was just going to be for refrance while I painted the real thing in painter, but I got carried away, and I love how it turned out. I cant get enough of shi-painter, as usual.

I think colourwise this image couldn't be improved upon, but I do think the pose could be. There just doesn't seem to be enough weight in the shoulders to convey the feeling of the (let's face it) goddamn huge axe she's holding, and the arms look wrong extended almost straight out ahead. The posture of the left hand in particular just seems a bit too lackadaisical, like she doesn't feel or care about the weapon. I think this image would have a great deal more vitaity if you worked to emphasise the weight of the axe she's holding, perhaps even as far as increasing the distance between her planted feet and arching the back so that everything is concentrated on the feeling of the axe trying to drive her into the ground. But like I say, colourwise I think this is top-notch!
